Niagara Children’s Centre relies on hundreds of dedicated volunteers who give their time generously to support the Centre. Volunteers work and contribute in many different areas at the Children’s Centre. Their time, skills, empathy, and creativity are vital to the inclusivity, strength, and well-being of our community.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers may work in:

Awareness and Fundraising Events
Adapted Gym Programs
Aquatics Programs
Preschool Programs
A variety of therapy programs run by our speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, recreation therapist or social workers.

Volunteer Requirements and Application Process

Please Note:

Volunteers must be 16 years of age to volunteer at Niagara Children’s Centre
Must have a valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check (if over 18 years of age).
All volunteers are required to make a weekly commitment for a minimum of three months
