Signature Events

Each year, Niagara Children’s Centre hosts fun, family-friendly community events that raise funds for the Centre. Learn more about each event by selecting from the list below.

Help Kids Shine

Help Kids Shine is our annual community campaign to raise funds and awareness in support of Niagara Children's Centre in partnership with 610 CKTB, Dream 105.7 and 97.7 HTZ-FM. Throughout the month of May, our campaign ambassadors, cabinet chairs, and Centre staff are featured in on-air radio interviews to showcase the amazing work and impact of services that take place at the Centre.

Superhero Run

Grab your capes and join us for the annual Superhero Run this fall at our new location, Heartland Forest! Participants are encouraged to dress up in their favorite superhero costumes for this exciting event, which includes a Family Activity Course with fun activity stations designed for participants of all abilities. Additionally, a scenic Fun Run through Heartland Forest's trails offers participants the chance to explore the beauty of our new location.

Registration includes a t-shirt, activity booklet, and medal for each child. Participants will each have a fundraising page available if they would like to reach out to their family and friends for donations to support the event.
